How Do I Create An Icon For Poker Stars.net?

I have an active account in Poker Stars.net and am trying to create an icon for myself. Other people have icons... Is this a pay/free account difference, or am I just missing something? Some people have pictures, some have avatars, others cartoons, etc. I know it's possible, I just don't know how...Help!
